Patrick Joseph Jackson died August 9, 2002 after a long illness. Patrick was born May 13, 1952 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Red and Elaine Sovern Jackson.
He is survived by his sister, Judy Foster, her husband, Richard and Alice Jackson, his stepmother.
Patrick graduated from Viewmont High School in 1970, where he was an athlete and had many friends. Pat brought love. joy and many lessons to all who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity. The memorial service for Pat will be private.

I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to respond to Craig Bingham's challenge to fess up to attending parties at Pat's house. I was always there. I do have to add however that if things got really crazy { and they often did} I'd slip out and head home.
Pat and I were great friends. Did alot of "stuff" together. Some good. Some not so good. It made me sad that he had the mental health challenges he had. Tried to help at different times but our lives had taked different tracks. I do miss him. It's been a bit but I'm taking this opportunity to say goodbye. Love ya dude. Roger
