Kathleen Steglich was born June 8 1952 in Murray, Utah. When she attended Viewmont, she always had a smile for everyone. She married a Wheeler and moved to Hurricane, Utah. She passed away right after our 20 year reunion on October 29, 1990 of Leukemia.

Kathleen Steglich Wheeler, age 38, died October 29, 1990 in a Salt Lake City hospital.
Born June 8, 1952 in Salt Lake City to Gerald and Bertha Rowley Steglich. Married Michael Wheeler, July 27, 1972 in Salt Lake City; marriage later solemnized in Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Kathleen was reared and educated in Bountiful, graduating from Viewmont High School in 1970. Spent most of her married life in Sacramento, California, where she attended American River College for two years. Lived in St. George for five years moving to Hurricane this past year. Active member LDS Church, where she held many positions. Special education instructor, specializing in teaching deaf students.Survived by husband; four sons, Jessie, Dustin, Danny and Colby, all of Hurricane; mother, Bonnie Steglich, Hurricane; father, Gerald Steglich, Centerville; four brothers, three sisters, Randy and Chad, both of Farmington; Ryan, LaVerkin; Chris, Hurricane; Mrs. Scott (Shauna) Hansen, Bloomington; Mrs. Kevin (Jill) DeMille, LaVerkin; Mrs. John (Tami) Snyder, St. George.
